• Build strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and assist customers through the entire sales process.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up communications to ensure a smooth buying experience.
• Collaborate with the dealership sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in sales, preferably in automotive or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using dealership management systems and CRM software.
• Must be located in or willing to commute to San Marcos, TX.
