What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a high-acuity setting
• Proficiency with MS/Tele, telemetry monitoring, and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Strong skills in IV therapy, blood product administration, peripheral line and central line management, including PICC lines
• Ability to prioritize infection prevention and falls prevention protocols
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with rapid response teams and patient safety initiatives

Nice to Have:

• ONS Chemo Certification
• NIHSS Certification
• Experience with EPIC electronic charting system

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Advanced nursing education strongly preferred
• Prior experience in hematology or ICU settings

Other Requirements:

• Flexible schedule with self-scheduling options
• Willingness to work rotating day/night shifts
• First week includes dedicated orientation, with subsequent on-unit training
• Certification in infection control and patient safety beneficial
