Job Title: Group Risk Management Operational Resiliency Program Support Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite in Atlanta Office Contract type: W2 under Staffing Supplier – Full Time Pay rate: $70-75/hour About Group Risk Management (GRM) Group Risk Management collaborates across Nasdaq’s businesses as a trusted advisor, enabling well-informed decisions aligned with strategic objectives. GRM manages and continually enhances the frameworks and programs for Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control, Operational Resiliency, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Third Party Risk Management, and Corporate Insurance. These programs are integral for the identification, assessment, monitoring, treatment, and reporting of all risk types Nasdaq faces. Role Overview We are seeking a contractor to provide dedicated support to our Resiliency Working Group. The ideal candidate will bring robust Project Management Office (PMO) experience, as well as a strong background in operational resiliency and disaster recovery. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing an end-to-end Operational Resiliency framework and strategy. Track project milestones and ensure alignment of resiliency initiatives with organizational objectives. Facilitate working group meetings to gather requirements, monitor progress, and drive consensus among stakeholders. Support governance, reporting, and documentation for resilience initiatives. Demonstrate expertise in disaster recovery planning and implementation. Prepare and deliver clear reports, presentations, and status updates to senior leadership and working group members.
