Schedules available include:

• Shower aide, Tues-Sat, 6am-2pm. Full Time.
• Sun, Mon, Tue Day and Night shift. Full Time.
• Thur, Fri, Sat Day shift. Full Time.
• Wednesdays Night shift - Part time

The Center at Val Vista is a skilled nursing facility that serves patients needing physical rehabilitation and/or complex nursing care. Currently, The Center at Val Vista is looking for CNAs to join our Team. This fast paced position requires a positive team member who can work well under pressure and is comfortable with multi-tasking.

The primary purpose of the Nursing Staff is to provide excellent patient care in compliance with State/Federal Regulations and Company policy.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee all areas of the patients medical needs on a daily basis Work in collaboration with patient, physician, family members, care team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care and treatment for the patient Answer call lights, assist patient with ADLs Responsible for timely and accurate charting Accept an integral role in patient satisfaction by providing excellent care and positive interactions.

Experience and Specific Requirements: 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred) Possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions and accept constructive criticism Possesses leadership ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel-fosters a true team environment Demonstrates judgement and has the ability to maintain highly confidential information Knowledgeable of HIPAA compliance and requirements Able to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals and objectives of the department as it relates to the Center at Val Vista

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check/drug screen

Qualifications

Must pass background check and drug test

Must have valid level 1 fingerprint clearance card

Must have valid in-person CPR certification (Online not accepted)
