Arterial Regional Sales Manager - Georgia - Peripheral Vascular

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop account manager team; recruit, onboard, and mentor talent
- Own regional revenue targets, forecasts, and develop business plans for market expansion
- Monitor sales activity, pipeline, case coverage, and team productivity
- Coach field team through observations, reviews, and performance feedback
- Represent company at trade shows and educational meetings; ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6+ years medical device sales experience
- Minimum 3 years medical device sales leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and presentation skills
- Business acumen with financial and commercial understanding
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Knowledge of peripheral vascular products and competitive markets preferred
Compensation: $175,000 base salary plus commission and bonuses
