Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: You will supervise cooks and cashiers. Think of this like being the captain of a sports team. You keep everyone motivated, on task, and working together. 
• Cash Control: You are responsible for the money. This means you will count cash drawers, open or close the safe, and balance credit cards at the end of the day. 
• Inventory Management: You will oversee food supplies. It is your job to make sure there is enough food in stock so the kitchen does not run out. 
• Customer Service: You will interact directly with guests. You will handle customer complaints and make sure every guest leaves happy. 
• Quality and Safety: You ensure the team serves high-quality food and maintains a clean, safe environment. 

Job Requirements

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Education: A High School Diploma or GED is usually required.
• Availability: You must be able to work 32 to 40 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• • Experience: Prior leadership or restaurant experience is preferred, but not always required.
