Position Overview

Join a growing manufacturing team and play a key role in producing high-quality plastic products. This hands-on position involves operating equipment, handling materials, and ensuring finished products meet customer specifications in a safe and efficient production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment used to convert large plastic rolls into smaller customer-specific rolls
• Safely operate a shaft hoist to move, position, and load materials
• Perform core loading duties, including accurate taping, tagging, and preparation of materials
• Handle and transport plastic rolls weighing up to 50 pounds
• Package, label, and palletize finished products according to quality and customer requirements
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and product quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $21.00–$22.00 per hour

️ Schedule: Rotating 36/48-hour work weeks

✅ Every Other Weekend Off

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working around machinery and industrial equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
