We are currently seeking a caring and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) in or around Oak Ridge, NJ to join our growing team! What You’ll Do As a DSP, you’ll do more than provide care — you’ll help individuals build confidence, independence, social connections, and everyday life skills. Responsibilities Supporting individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities in home and community settings Encouraging independence, self-help skills, and community inclusion Assisting with daily living tasks such as meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping Transporting or meeting clients in the community for activities, appointments, and outings Promoting safety, dignity, and emotional well-being at all times Serving as a positive role model and companion Assisting with Person-Centered Plans and goal development Communicating any concerns or changes to management promptly Why Join Thee Agency?
