Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,615–$2,753 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8 days (day shift) Start date: 08/31/2026 Work setting: Critical Access Hospital Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations to determine functional status and needs Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans Deliver therapy interventions using evidence-based techniques Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and document outcomes Establish discharge plans and communicate care goals to patients and team Supervise assigned aides and maintain accurate clinical documentation within deadlines Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes in inpatient and outpatient settings Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; required, with note: license eligibility rules apply (only if licensure obtained after January 2016 or foreign equivalent) Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (California) required Current CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience preferred Ability to work in a hospital setting, including inpatient and outpatient services Willingness to work a day-shift schedule on a 5x8 rotation Benefits and Support Assignment coordination and travel support Ongoing recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment Credentialing and licensing assistance as needed Dedicated support team to help you navigate the travel assignment PAY DISCLAIMER RULE Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
