Ideal candidate must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in one or more U.S. states. We empower our therapists to practice at the top of their license with the support of our clinical care team, while reaching patients within their communities.What our Licensed Clinical Therapists find at Minute Clinic:Autonomy to build and grow the Minute Clinic practice without the burden payor contracting, credentialing, and billing.Opportunities to provide psychosocial support and education needed to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples/families ages 13+.Evidence-based care and access to assessment and treatment planning tools to elevate and support the continuity of care for patients.Career growth and professional development within the organization.In-depth training, development, and support.Required Qualifications:Current, active, and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Must also be willing to obtain additional state licenses based on business needs.Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies including but not limited to motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skillsExperience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy deliveryProven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and healthTech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platformsDemonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirementsEvidence of strong crisis intervention skillsPrevious experience in a mental health clinic or hospital settingEducation:Completed Master's degree program from an accredited College or University.State License with one or more of the following credentials: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Bring your heart to CVS Health!Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
