NC Insurance Products Agent (Life and/or Health)

Job Overview Team Nexa is a leading Insurance Management Organization in North Carolina that offers a comprehensive suite of life insurance products. We collaborate with 10 carriers, provide the highest level of training, and support licensed agents with contracts, training, and back‑office support. Responsibilities Identify sales opportunities for appropriate insurance plans. Oversee a portfolio of clients. Create and submit applications to our carriers. Conduct in‑person visits to clients. Qualifications Licensed life insurance agent. Must work in North Carolina; remote work is not offered. Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills. Benefits and Support Uncapped commissions paid daily. No designated territories. Contracts and support for Final Expense, Mortgage Protection, Indexed Universal Life, Supplemental Health, Ordinary Life, College Plans, Juvenile Plans, and High‑Risk Health Condition Plans. Dynamic sales training, web application, customized CRM, and easy underwriting. Live assistance and tutoring for unlicensed/new agents. Support for English and Spanish language agents.
