Position Overview SiriusXM is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator of Promotions & Event Marketing to lead the execution of programming event initiatives that drive engagement, retention, acquisition and brand affinity for SiriusXM, Pandora and its partners. This role will focus on coordinating event-related marketing campaigns, primarily through email, and ensuring seamless audience fulfillment and distribution. The ideal candidate has experience in event marketing and execution, with a passion for entertainment and engagement. What You’ll Do Event Marketing Execution: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns that invite subscribers to exclusive events, leveraging email and other digital channels. Audience Fulfillment & Ticket Distribution: Manage logistics related to audience selection, ticket allocation, winner fulfillment and on-site subscriber experiences, working closely with internal teams and agency partners. Campaign Coordination: Oversee timelines, creative assets, and messaging strategies to ensure seamless execution of assigned event promotions. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work cross-functionally with Events, Legal, Programming and Operations teams to align strategies and optimize audience targeting. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, track key engagement metrics, and identify opportunities to enhance event participation and subscriber satisfaction. What You’ll Need Experience: 6-12 months in event marketing, CRM, or audience engagement, preferably within a subscription-based or entertainment environment. Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution. Project Management Skills: Strong attention to detail with ability to coordinate cross-functionally, including with internal and external partners to deliver results. Must have legal right to work in the U.S. At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be $50,000-$54,000 annually and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
