Job Description:
10+ years of UX Designer experience and onsite-offshore and cross teams co-ordination experience.
Must Have Skills:
- Expertise in Tool: FIGMA
- Excellent communication skills
- Evaluating existing sites and products for usability
- Working with clients and colleagues to plan and implement new UX projects
- Carrying out research into users’ needs
- Developing personas, work with Pos to create user stories and other resources that capture users’ needs
- Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs
- Using specialist software to create mock-ups and prototypes
- Making recommendations and planning changes based on user feedback
- Exploring and implementing other ways to gather and incorporate users’ feedback
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
