Senior Project Manager - Everbridge BCIC (Business Continuity)

job summary:
Randstad is seeking a battle-tested Senior Project Manager - Everbridge BCIC to join the Digital Technology (DT) Safety & Security (S&S) team for our major transportation client. In this role, you will take ownership of deploying new Everbridge Business Continuity (BCIC) components and managing concurrent, high-stakes safety and emergency management programs across the enterprise.

Following recent organizational leadership shifts, we are seeking a self-sufficient, highly structured Sr. PM who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding. Operating alongside a top-performing PM team, you will drive hardcore project delivery, collaborate seamlessly across Emergency Management and Safety business units, and maintain strict control over project finances.

responsibilities:



Everbridge BCIC Deployment: Lead the multi-year program execution and deployment of new Everbridge Business Continuity (BCIC) modules across the enterprise safety ecosystem.

Hardcore Project & Governance Execution: Manage project scope, schedules, and cross-functional teams across technical leads, DT architects, BAs, and QC leadership in strict alignment with formal PMO methodologies and Q-gate governance.

Strict Financial Forecasting: Develop, maintain, and track detailed monthly financial forecasts (Labor, Vendor Spend, Hardware/Software) while strictly adhering to a ±5% monthly variance target and documenting accruals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a seamless bridge between Digital Technology teams, Emergency Management, and Safety leadership to ensure aligned deliverables and zero operational disruption.

Executive Communication & Reporting: Prepare and present weekly and monthly executive dashboards, performance metrics, and status updates to DT S&S Leadership, Executive Leadership, ePMO, and Finance.

qualifications:
Experience & Certifications: 10+ years of dedicated IT Project Management experience. Active PMP Certification and a Bachelor's Degree are required.

Everbridge & Domain Expertise: Verified hands-on experience deploying Everbridge Business Continuity (BCIC) components and a solid foundation in business continuity frameworks.

Financial Forecasting Rigor: Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar IT project budgets with strict variance requirements (±5%) and complex accrual tracking.

Location Constraint: Must reside along the Northeast Corridor (NEC) to enable periodic, seamless travel to Washington, DC for key on-site meetings.

Software Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Enterprise).

Communication & Adaptability: Exceptional written, verbal, and executive dashboard communication skills. Proven ability to step into dynamic environments and establish immediate operational rhythm.
