Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain an active Missouri license prior to start.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. This may be required prior to start.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and treat adult geriatric populations, including fall risk assessment, mobility training, and restorative programs preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records and documentation of skilled therapy services preferred.
• Ability to provide safe transfers, use of therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and development of individualized care plans preferred.
