The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience, and location of the candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end PLM program delivery including implementation, migration, upgrades, and rollout of Teamcenter solutionsDrive project planning and governance – manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and KPIsCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, IT, supply chain, vendors, system integrators) for successful deliveryTranslate business requirements into functional deliverables and oversee execution with development/configuration teamsManage risks, issues, and change control processes ensuring timely mitigation and project stabilityDrive PLM process alignment (BOM, Change Management, Document Management, Product Data Management) across business unitsOversee testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare ensuring smooth go-live and user adoptionEstablish and monitor project KPIs for delivery quality, cost, schedule, and resource utilizationFacilitate governance meetings and executive reporting (steering committees, status updates, dashboards)Drive change management and user adoption initiatives to maximize PLM value realization*** is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
