Intelligence Analyst - Mid-level Celestar, a B&A Company, seeks an experienced Intelligence Analyst to support CI‑focused security screening, vetting and intelligence analysis for the Security Vetting Office in FT Belvoir, VA. Job Summary Immediate opening for a mid‑level analyst. The role requires 5+ years of intelligence analysis experience, an active Top‑Secret clearance with SCI access, and strong research, analysis and writing skills to produce intelligence products for the Intelligence Community. Responsibilities Support CI‑focused security screening, vetting and intelligence analysis for the Security Vetting Office, interacting with DoD, Federal Government Agencies and Allied Forces. Organize research findings, conduct analysis and write concise, standards‑compliant products. Assist in creating and delivering documentation for assigned programs. Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet evolving requirements. Operate daily in secure compartmented facilities and follow classified handling procedures inside and outside secure areas. Identify Insider Threat indicators and analyze adversary tactics, techniques and procedures. Provide recommendations for assessments to senior leaders, peers and subordinates. Navigate multiple IC and partner agency databases for research and analysis. Demonstrate skills in conceptualization, quantitative analysis, organization, research, written and verbal communication, sound judgment, critical thinking and problem‑solving, and work independently. Education and Experience Five (5) years of intelligence analysis experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Required Skills Research, organize, analyze, write and produce documents for distributed publication in the Intelligence Community. Use complex search engines and Boolean techniques to locate relevant information. Interact with diverse groups, evaluate issues and reach consensus across stakeholders. Create graphics and presentations as required. Familiar with DoS, NSA, DIA, CIA, FBI, and NTCT intelligence products. Access and use common IC networks (JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet) and FBI equivalent networks for secure email and database exchange. Produce special assessments, intelligence reports, bulletins, alerts, threat assessments and other Intel products. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Valid U.S. passport. Security Clearance Active Top‑Secret level clearance with SCI access. Benefits Robust medical, dental and vision plans.
