Massage Therapist OpportunityOur goal is to build the perfect massage therapy team — a team where you truly want to come to work each day. With 17 years in the massage and wellness industry, I've learned what therapists need to feel supported, valued, and inspired. As a spiritual business owner and a fellow healer, I lead from a place of integrity, intention, and heart.Because we were founded by a massage therapist, we do things just a little differently — prioritizing therapist wellbeing, positive energy, and a healthy work culture. As someone deeply committed to living a healthy lifestyle myself, I believe you can't pour from an empty cup.I would love to show you what makes us special.BenefitsCompetitive base payFull-Time MTs could make $47- $60 includes tips.Paid liability insurancePaid time offWe Offer A Supportive, Massage Therapist Focused EnvironmentUnparalleled career advancement opportunities for Massage TherapistsAll hydraulic massage tablesBooking, laundry, and other support processes handled for youFlexible scheduling supporting career longevityOngoing training with our Massage Therapist EducatorFocus on massage therapist self-carePaid CEUs – online and in-personSupportive, consistent on-site leadershipQualificationsMust have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist programMust hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification.Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the studio. We love to speak with students, inexperienced, and experienced massage therapists with a wide variety of experience from private, medical massage therapy, resort spa / medical spa experience, and much more.
