Neonatal ICU Nurse Unit Manager

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Nurse Manager to coordinate age-appropriate patient care activities and oversee daily operations on a busy unit. You will lead a team of nurses, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
The role requires an active MA RN license, a BSN or equivalent management experience, and at least two years of clinical experience with one year in a preceptor/resource role. Sign-on bonuses may be available.
