Job Summary Supports strategic business planning and development by gathering, collating, and analyzing data via interviews, surveys, focus groups, and databases to define initiatives that achieve business objectives and inform key business decisions. Contributes to project execution and management by owning relationships with stakeholders within and across teams to ensure successful implementation of project-based changes. Supports monitoring and improving existing processes by performing routine and complex processes independently, following defined requirements, and achieving expected results for the customer. Provides legal, regulatory, and compliance support by communicating new or updated policies, guidelines, procedures, and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. Contributes to policy development by recommending updates based on analysis and writing function-level policies that align with best practices. Supports training efforts by developing training requirements and delivering training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Essential Responsibilities Provide information on new or updated policies and procedures to clinicians and staff, performing project-related work in accordance with established policies and laws. Recommend policy updates based on analysis; write internal policies that meet departmental and industry standards. Perform routine and complex processes independently, optimize and transform standard and non‑standard processes to improve efficiency, and recommend research plans for new business models. Own stakeholder relationships to ensure project success, track and report on multiple project aspects, identify risks, and manage client and stakeholder expectations. Gather, collate, and analyze data for strategic initiatives, document project inputs and risks, and collaborate across teams on deliverables. Develop and deliver training curricula to meet compliance and internal standards. Build strong relationships by providing resources, advice, and expertise to coworkers and stakeholders. Listen to, seek, and address performance feedback; mentor team members. Pursue self‑development, create action plans, and influence others through technical explanations. Adapt to change, demonstrate flexibility, and help others adjust to new tasks and processes. Respond to others’ needs to support business outcomes.
