Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services provides comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services tailored to each client's individual needs. We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Case Managers supporting ABA therapy services, with compensation ranging from $25–$35 per hour.This opportunity is a great fit for someone who wants to deepen their understanding of behavior analysis, is pursuing or considering a path toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and thrives in a creative, self-motivated environment. We offer competitive compensation based on education and experience, along with resources and support designed to help you build your career in behavior analysis.As a Case Manager, you will receive:Mentorship and program oversight from experienced BCBAsPaid BACB supervision hours, including both direct and indirect supervisionClear career pathways toward BCBA roles and other opportunities within the fieldCompany-provided cell phone and laptopPaid travel timeMileage reimbursementOngoing opportunities for professional development and growthAbout the RoleAs a Case Manager, you will work closely with BCBAs to support the delivery of medically necessary behavioral health treatment and provide meaningful support to clients and their families.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting BCBAs with case oversight and implementation of treatment plansConducting parent consultation sessionsTraining and supervising RBTs in the fieldSupporting accurate data collection, session documentation, and graphingCollaborating with staff, parents, and other professionals to promote coordinated careImplementing creative, research-based teaching strategiesEncouraging and motivating staff to engage with and expand their knowledge of behavior analysisContributing to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team environmentThis role provides an opportunity to build hands-on experience in ABA while developing the clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills that can support your long-term career growth.QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and effectively as part of a teamValid driver's license and reliable vehicleUber, Lyft, and other rideshare services are not permitted as transportation. Candidates must be able to independently transport themselves to and from work.Master's degree in a related field or enrollment in a graduate program with a minimum of 12 graduate semester units in an ABA programAbility to lift or move approximately 50 pounds and assume and maintain a variety of postures, including kneeling, squatting, sitting, and standing, for extended periods of time while working with clients in their natural environmentsAbility to provide negative TB test resultsAbility to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprintingEnergetic attitude and genuine desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities succeedBilingual English/Spanish preferredPhysical and Cognitive RequirementsFrequently sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and transition between floor-level and standing positions throughout the workday.Actively participate in developmentally appropriate client activities, including floor-based activities, movement-based activities, transitions, and safety monitoring.Safely navigate assigned work environments, including homes, clinics, schools, community settings, and remote/telehealth settings, as applicable.Occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or move therapy materials and equipment, typically up to 50 pounds.Sit for extended periods while providing telehealth services or completing computer-based work as needed.Use hands and fingers to operate computers, keyboards, mobile devices, and other equipment requiring fine motor coordination.Maintain visual and auditory awareness to observe client behavior, monitor safety, and communicate effectively in both in-person and virtual settings.Read, understand, retain, and apply written and verbal information.Maintain attention, concentration, situational awareness, and sound judgment in dynamic environments.Collect, record, and submit accurate client data and session documentation.Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.Maintain professionalism and emotional resilience when addressing sensitive client or employee matters, complaints, and workplace concerns.Grow Your Career With Ad AstraAt Ad Astra, we believe the skills we teach today can create opportunities for tomorrow and beyond tomorrow.
