Grocery Clerk

Responsibilities Work in various store departments such as Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen. Stock shelves, fill frozen food bins, and help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store. Receive product deliveries, verify delivery accuracy, and move products to the sales floor using appropriate equipment. Rotate merchandise to ensure the freshest product is available for customers. Qualifications Be at least 16 years of age. Be dependable and reliable, able to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Show mutual respect for others and uphold Sprouts’ code of ethics within a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion. Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers. Possess good communication skills and the ability to take direction and participate in a team environment. Be able to perform repetitive activities, multi‑task, prioritize, and stay organized. Be able to lift or transfer boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. within specified dimensions and distances, and perform such tasks for up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance. Adhere to all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations. Be able to perform other related duties as assigned.
