Junior Staff AccountantLHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support a blend of Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is open to a temp-to-perm opportunity.Job Title: Junior Staff Accountant (Temp or Temp-to-Perm) Location: Warminster, PA (Fully Onsite) Pay Rate: $20–$23/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hoursKey Responsibilities:Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, cash applications, and account reconciliationsPerform B2B collections outreach via phone and email to resolve outstanding balances and reduce agingReview customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate recordsProcess high-volume accounts payable including invoice entry, 3-way matching, and payment processingAssist with vendor communication and resolve billing issues or discrepanciesSupport month-end close activities including reporting and reconciliationsMaintain organized and accurate financial documentationCollaborate with internal teams including operations, sales, and leadershipQualifications:1–3+ years of experience in AR, AP, or collectionsExperience within manufacturing, distribution, or a high-volume environment preferredStrong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables a plus)Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident phone presenceHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work fully onsite in Warminster, PAEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
