Human Resources Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction
Collaborate with senior leadership to create and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines
Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new employees
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, benefits, and compliance
Conduct employee training and development programs to promote growth and advancement
Analyze HR data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to address these issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files, attendance, and benefits
Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and management in a clear and concise manner
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
