Senior Electrical ForemanWest Tennessee | $28.00–$39.00/hr + OvertimeMonday–Friday | Day Shift | Local Projects | No Overnight TravelJack Hornsby Electric is looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman who can take charge in the field, keep crews productive, and make sure commercial and industrial electrical projects are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.This is an opportunity for an experienced electrician ready to take greater ownership of crew leadership, job-site coordination, project execution, and day-to-day decision-making. You'll work on established commercial and industrial projects throughout West Tennessee without the extended travel that comes with many electrical leadership positions.Our team has delivered electrical work for major sites and organizations including Kirkland Cancer Center, Ballad Health Micro Hospital, Georgia-Pacific, Novalex / Duro, and Pope K-8 School.The RoleAs Foreman, you'll serve as the field leader for your crew and help turn project plans into completed electrical installations.You'll be responsible for:Directing electricians and apprentices throughout the workdayAssigning work and coordinating daily crew activitiesReviewing drawings, plans, and specifications before and during installationCoordinating electrical work with Project Managers, other trades, and site personnelMonitoring progress and helping keep projects on scheduleTroubleshooting field issues and determining practical solutionsMaintaining quality workmanship and ensuring installations meet code requirementsPromoting a safe, organized, and productive job siteCommunicating project needs, material requirements, and field updates to managementHelping develop less-experienced electricians through hands-on leadership and trainingWhat You Bring7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experiencePrevious experience leading electrical crews or serving as a Foreman preferredStrong understanding of electrical installation and job-site practicesAbility to confidently read and interpret electrical blueprints and specificationsExperience coordinating work and keeping crews on scheduleStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to troubleshoot problems and make sound field decisionsOSHA training or certification is a plusWhat Jack Hornsby Electric Offers$28–$39/hr + overtime opportunitiesMonday –Friday daytime scheduleLocal West Tennessee projects with no overnight travelPaid Time Off + 6 Paid HolidaysPersonal Time OffMonthly Health StipendLeaders Credit Union membership benefits401(k) with Profit SharingWorkwear AllowanceDental, Vision & Voluntary Life InsuranceCompany-Paid Life & AD&D InsuranceCompany-Paid Short-Term DisabilityAnnual Holiday PartiesTake the LeadIf you're an experienced electrician who is ready to step into a stronger leadership role, this position gives you the opportunity to lead people, influence project outcomes, and build your career without giving up your evenings and weekends to constant travel.Apply online to be considered for the Electrical Foreman position.
