Phlebotomist and Program Coordinator

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Phlebotomist and Program Coordinator in Chaska, Minnesota to manage internal blood draw operations and coordinate on-site donor activities supporting production. The role involves participant recruitment, study enrollment, phlebotomy procedures, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant scheduling, enrollment, and informed consent for internal blood draw program
• Perform intravenous blood collection procedures maintaining safety and protocol standards
• Manage inventory, equipment, and cross-functional collaboration with EHS and clinical teams
• Ensure compliance with IRB protocols, GCP guidelines, and HIPAA requirements
• Support operational excellence through training participation and accurate data documentation

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher with phlebotomy credentials
• Minimum 3+ years performing intravenous blood draws
• Strict infection control and safety protocol adherence
• Ability to lift equipment up to 30 lbs and stand daily
• Proficiency with Windows systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Preferred: Medical laboratory, clinical research, or clinical laboratory science background
• Preferred: Experience in regulated manufacturing and GMP/GDP knowledge

Compensation: $32-$38 annual hourly range, eligible for bonus/incentive pay
