Pay: $18/per hour

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency (and/or a demonstrated technical aptitude to learn skills) to include but not limited to MS-Office products and our current ERP system 

• Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and self-management skills 

• Ability to work in a team environment, be self-motivated, to interact politely and professionally, and to work cooperatively with employees at all levels

• Demonstration of basic mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide

• Demonstration of attention to detail and be safety minded

• Ability to maintain predictable and regular attendance 

Responsibilities: 

• Ship, receive, unpack and store incoming tools and equipment; arrange storage to optimize space, and requisition stock to replenish inventory 

• Issue products, goods, tools and/or equipment to site employees 

• Enter data into our current ERP system to maintain up-to-date stock records and to retrieve stored information to respond to inquiries (e.g., inventory levels or delivery schedules) 

• Conduct cycle counts on a routine schedule 

• Document discrepancies and seek management advice on appropriate corrective action 

• Identify and resolve problems related to inventory variances, storeroom operations and orders from suppliers 

• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality customer service 

• Ensure the storeroom is kept clean and orderly 

• Provide assistance to Maintenance, Shipping, and Receiving operations as needed • Perform other related duties as assigned
