Position Description: RN - Clinical Nurse SRO Float Pool - NICU

Positions details:

• Locations: Varies based on region. Region 1 includes Mease Countryside, Morton Plant and St Joseph's Hospital. Region 2 includes St Joseph's North, St Joseph's South and St Joseph's Hospital. Region 3 includes South Florida Baptist, St Joseph's and Winter Haven Hospital.
• Requires floating to M/B, PICU, PEDS, L&D as baby catcher and other roles if needed.
• Status: PRN, non-exempt
• Shift: 6:45pm-7:15am
• Minimum commitment 4x12 hour shifts in 6-week schedule to include 2 weekend shifts, and a holiday bundle requirement
• On Call: No
• Always in person

Requirements:

• RN (Registered Nurse) License
• Diploma, Associate's, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing
• 2 year's NICU RN experience in a hospital setting
• BLS and ACLS(AHA)-certifications must not expire within 30-days of start date
• NRP certification
• Charge Nurse experience and travel nurse experience strongly preferred.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred.
