Brilliant Earth is looking for a Jewelry Sales Consultant in Cleveland, OH to provide exceptional customer experiences and assist customers in finding their perfect jewelry. In this in-person role, you will work a full-time schedule from Thursday to Monday. Responsibilities include guiding customers through their purchasing decisions, managing incoming sales leads, conducting post-sale appointments, and using our ERP system.
