Qualifications & Experience What your shift looks like Every day is a little different, but you’ll typically: Lead and support frontline team members during your shift Help keep guest flow smooth and energy high Step in to solve problems quickly and calmly Support attractions and daily operations Make sure guests have a safe, fun, and seamless experience Be the go‑to person when the team needs direction This role is a great fit if you: Enjoy leading or supporting a team in a busy environment Like being active and working directly with people Stay calm when things get fast‑paced Naturally step up when others need help Want to grow into leadership in attractions, hospitality, or retail Previous leadership or shift experience is helpful — but not required if you bring the right attitude and people skills.
