Shift: Friday - Monday 8am-6pm

Eco is seeking experienced Residential Electricians to join our growing team. What You'll Do

• Complete service calls efficiently while troubleshooting electrical issues and educating customers.
• Meet and exceed key performance goals for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver professional workmanship with the right tools for every job.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site and service vehicle.
• Build strong customer relationships to provide the right products and services and generate referrals.
• Follow Eco's service system to ensure consistent quality and educate customers on products and services.
• Participate actively in training sessions, team meetings, and company initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• 2-5 years of proven residential electrical experience with a desire to continually improve your skills.
• Strong understanding of local electrical codes and the ability to apply them on the job.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to learn iPad-based software.
• A team-oriented mindset while thriving as an individual contributor.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Motivation to improve every day and help others

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for long periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ready to work in all types of weather.
• Able to communicate clearly in English.
• Willing and able to wear all required PPE (safety glasses, safety-toe boots, etc.)
