The work model for the role is: Onsite, Mebane, NC

Your role and responsibilities:

• Conducts all types of assembly work to produce wire harnesses by cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating wires on harness boards based on engineering drawings and best practices.
• Performs regular quality control and testing as part of a defined production process manually using continuity testers or atomically using custom testing devices. Performs rework if needed.
• Performs work manually by using light hand tools.
• Operates semi-automatic wire processing machines.
• Sets up and uses a digital guided assembly station for wire harnesses.
• Operates within standard operating procedures and maintains a clean work area.

Qualifications for the role:

• 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Wiring experience will be considered a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required
• Knowledge and use of tools - tape measure, crimpers, wire cutters, wire strippers, or other hand tools, as needed.
• Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs
