Job Title

Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Location

Monroe, WA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights | Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Stepdown unit setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes
• Demonstrate flexibility with shift assignments, including floating to other units as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PCU, IMC, or Stepdown nursing environment
• Current ACLS certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain schedule flexibility as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Current PALS certification (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• Prior experience in a float or multi-unit capacity within an acute care setting
