Parman Tractor & Equipment is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Nashville team. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers needing equipment repairs and service, helping coordinate repairs, communicating updates, and delivering TOCS - Totally Outrageous Customer Service.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and answer incoming calls.
• Schedule shop and field service repairs.
• Inspect incoming equipment and gather repair details.
• Communicate repair status, timelines, and completion updates.
• Coordinate with technicians, shop leadership, and customers.
• Assist with warranty claims and service documentation.
• Prepare accurate repair summaries and customer invoices.
• Process payments and maintain service records 

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of customer service experience; preferably in heavy equipment, agriculture equipment, automotive, fleet maintenance, or a related service environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to understand basic equipment systems and repair terminology.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple service requests and prioritize work.
• Proficient with computers; service/work-order management software experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, squat, and climb on/off equipment.
• Pass a post-offer Physical Abilities Test.
