Required Skills:

• Experience operating CNC plasma, laser, or burn table equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and detailed work orders
• Proficiency with measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
• Experience working with steel plates in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and remain on your feet throughout shifts

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with nesting software or CNC programming
• Background in heavy fabrication, welding, or pressure vessel manufacturing
• Forklift or overhead crane operation experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Prior hands-on experience in CNC operation or metal fabrication
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and quality control procedures
