Balance a full-time (37.5 hours/week) or flexible part-time schedule while supporting K-12 students across five welcoming schools. Qualifications:

• Valid Maryland SLPA or SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language services
• Adaptability to varying school settings and student ages (K-12)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language interventions as prescribed for a diverse caseload (exact assignments TBD)
• Support IEP goals and document student progress
• Serve both elementary and high school hours (HS: 7:20–2:40, Elem: 8:30–3:50) as scheduled
• Travel between five local schools in an itinerant capacity
• Cultivate positive relationships with students, staff, and families
