About the Role:

We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Foreman with a valid driver's license to join our team at Dias Brothers. As a Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting. You will also be responsible for managing a team of landscape maintenance workers and ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• At least 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance
• Experience managing a team of workers
• Ability to operate and maintain landscape equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in landscape maintenance or related field
• Experience working with a variety of plant species
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform a variety of landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting
• Manage a team of landscape maintenance workers and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality
• Maintain and repair landscape equipment as needed
• Communicate with clients to ensure that their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with the work being done
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Skills:

As a Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you will use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage a team of workers and communicate with clients. You will also use your experience in landscape maintenance and ability to operate and maintain landscape equipment to perform a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance. Additionally, your knowledge of plant species and certification in landscape maintenance or related field will be beneficial in ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard of quality.
