About The Job Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - Nocturnist MedStar Montgomery Medical Center | Olney, Maryland MedStar Medical Group is seeking a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center in Olney, Maryland, a charming suburban community in Montgomery County just north of Washington, D.C. Practice in a 12-bed Medical/Surgical ICU caring for critically ill medical and surgical patients while enjoying a high degree of clinical autonomy, strong physician collaboration, and the support of MedStar Health's nationally recognized healthcare system. Dedicated Nocturnists receive a generous adjustor with the flexibility to apply it toward either their base annual salary or annual clinical target.
