Regulatory Analyst

Regulatory Analyst Location: Honolulu, HI (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full‑time (Contract to Hire) What You'll Be Doing Monitor, review, and interpret new laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance impacting the healthcare insurance industry. Research and analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations and policies. Act as a point of contact for internal regulatory and compliance inquiries. Summarize regulatory updates in a clear, concise manner for business stakeholders. Support the development and implementation of compliance strategies and internal policies. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure regulatory requirements are understood and followed. Assist with compliance‑related projects, including timelines, milestones, and stakeholder coordination. Prepare regulatory documentation and required reports. Identify compliance risks and support mitigation planning. Contribute to training materials and presentations related to regulatory implementation. Support continuous improvement of regulatory change management processes. Required Qualifications Experience working in a highly regulated industry (healthcare strongly preferred). Ability to read, interpret, and analyze laws and regulations and communicate business impact. Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred / Nice to Have Healthcare compliance or regulatory experience. Experience with compliance documentation or compliance management processes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and Benefits Pay Rate: $35.00 - $54.00/hr.
