Danbury and Norwalk Hospitals are seeking full-time Anesthesiologists to join their expanding employed group in suburban Fairfield County, Connecticut. This opportunity offers both call and non-call positions, including a nocturnist schedule, within a large and established program. The role involves covering a variety of cases and includes teaching opportunities for residents, medical students, and CRNA students. Practice Info Join a growing employed group based in suburban Fairfield County, Connecticut, about 60 miles northeast of New York City Approximately 40 physicians and 40 CRNAs in the group Covers a variety of cases including spine, orthopedics, cardiac, and obstetrics Includes teaching to residents, medical students and CRNA students Highly experienced team provides 24/7 coverage at Danbury, Norwalk, New Milford and Sharon Hospitals Danbury Hospital has 371 beds and is a Level II Trauma Center with approximately 70,000 ED visits per year Compensation Salary Range: $430,000-$600,000 annually depending on the schedule, subspecialty, and experience Generous sign on bonus Relocation allowance Highly competitive compensation package, including base salary plus incentives Allowances for CMEs and Dues expenses Malpractice coverage Benefits ~ Eligible employees may qualify for forgiveness of certain federal student loans under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program Shift & Schedule Full-time Both day/non-call and call positions are available Nocturnist schedule also available Part-time and per diem scheduling options will be considered Requirements BE/BC in Anesthesia New and recent graduates welcome to apply, including 2026 graduates Opportunity for candidates with regional fellowship training
