Pharmacy Tech | Addison, Texas

A specialized opportunity is available for a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician with a strong background in infusion and sterile compounding practices. This role involves working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, supporting both cleanroom mixing and pharmacy preparation tasks.


Location:

• Addison, TX

Schedule:

• Tuesday-Friday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• On-call rotation: One weekend every 8 weeks, from the end of shift Saturday until 8:00 AM Monday

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile compounding procedures following strict safety and quality guidelines
• Rotate between pharmacy preparation duties and mixing in a controlled cleanroom environment
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with pharmacy standards and protocols
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support weekend needs

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Texas Pharmacy Technician License
• Sterile Compounding Certification required
• PTCB certification strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sterile compounding pharmacy technician role
• Proven infusion experience is essential
