KM Malta Airlines is seeking experienced and highly motivated A320 Captains to join their flight operations team. Our client is seeking experienced aviation professionals who demonstrate exceptional leadership, sound judgement, and a passion for operational excellence. They operate a young, single-type aircraft fleet of 8 Airbus A320NEOs, in a two-class configuration with a flexible Business Class cabin, averaging 168 total saleable seats and featuring up to 36 Business Class seats. Their modern, fuel-efficient aircraft deliver superior operating economics and enhanced environmental performance, including reduced CO2 emissions per passenger and lower noise pollution.
