- Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted
- Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote

Unit Cath Lab RN - SAH
# suites/labs 2 cath labs, 2 EP Labs, 1 Hybrid Room
#cases per day on average 17 total
Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?) ACLS
Common diagnoses/Types of patients typical cardiac patients, acute mi, electrophysiology, structural heart
Job Duties monitor and circulate
Experience or 'Must have' skills Prior cath lab experience
EMR/Equipment EPIC and MacLab
Cardiologist hours/on call 07-1730. 4 X 10's. Around 9 days of call per 6 week schedule
Manager/Charge Nurse Vacant Manager role, charge nurse and director
Cath Lab Techs RCIS
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) combination of assigned and self schedule
Weeknight/Call Requirements yes, generally 1 night per week
Weekend/Call Requirements yes, generally 1 weekend per 6 week schedule
Holiday/Call Requirements some
What is call response time? 30 minutes
Floating Requirements No floating outside of unit, if an extreme need could float within Zone 3: OCH, LUH, SAH, SAN
