Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:45–07:15)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting in accordance with nursing standards and scope of practice
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float to other units or nearby facilities as needed to meet census and staffing demands
• Complete required orientation modules, both billable and non-billable, as assigned by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license — no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience; first-time travelers are not eligible
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the contracted facility — local candidates are not eligible
• No license encumbrances or disciplinary actions on record

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care environment
• Familiarity with float assignments across multiple units or facility campuses
