Mentors junior staff or manages projects to ensure successful execution and delivery. Possesses strong problem-solving skills to provide professional advice and solutions that align with and support the organization’s broader goals. Develops and shapes compelling written platform and campaign narrative, brand messaging and content across multichannel platforms. Creates clear, engaging, and strategically aligned messaging that reflects brand voice, audience insights, and business objectives. Collaborate with art direction, design, strategy, social, client teams, and/or production to develop content experience that strengthen audience engagement, cultural relevance, and creative effectiveness across media and platform ecosystem. $115,000 to $160,000 annually Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
