Facility Vendor Services Coordinator

As the central point of contact for skilled nursing facility clients and their vendors, the full-time Facility Vendor Services Coordinator will manage communications, resolve issues, and ensure seamless operations in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison for all inquiries from facilities and vendors, providing timely and professional responses Meticulously track requests, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams for prompt resolution of issues Assist with onboarding new vendors, monitor invoice approval status, and ensure timely execution of payment processing cycles Required qualifications: High proficiency in English (B2, C1, or C2 level), both written and spoken Ability to work full-time during US business hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Chicago Time (Central Standard Time) A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy Experience in customer service, administrative coordination, or related fields is preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
