As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while helping to maintain the high standards that Chick-Fil-A is known for. Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Greet and engage customers with a positive demeanor, taking their orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly interactions.


- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of food items, following Chick-Fil-A’s recipe and safety standards to ensure the quality and freshness of each product.

- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to maintain an organized and efficient service operation. Assist coworkers and foster a team-oriented environment.

- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain cleanliness and order in front of house and back of house areas, adhering to health and safety protocols. Regularly sanitize surfaces and equipment.

- Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register. Handle money responsibly and provide change as needed.

- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns promptly.

- Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed in different areas of the restaurant.

**Qualifications:**

- Must be at least 15 years of age (or as required by local laws).
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
