Shift Schedule: Week 1: Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM Week 2: Saturday to Tuesday 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM *Training will be done Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM until you can move into the 10-hour rotational shift* Pay: $19 an hour! Key Responsibilities & Performance Expectations: 1. Facility & Equipment Cleaning * Maintain cleanliness of Building 122 and associated production areas to control dust and contamination. * Execute daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists with 95% on-time completion. * Perform deep-cleaning tasks before/after high-dust operations or shutdown periods. 1. Preventive Maintenance & Inspection * Perform scheduled inspections and light maintenance tasks under supervision (lubrication, filter visual changes, tightening, checks).
- Log findings and escalate issues accurately with <24-hour response time.
- Support weekend facility walk-throughs for leaks, safety issues, and
- Attend all required company-provided maintenance technician training courses.
- Demonstrate progress by passing written and hands-on assessments per training
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to work flexible hours, alternating Saturdays, and support
