Marketing & Events Coordinator

RP Exotics is a luxury automotive dealership based in St. Louis, specializing in high-end and exotic vehicles. We are seeking a hands-on Marketing & Events Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing execution, social media management, and internal event coordination. This role is execution-focused and plays a critical part in ensuring our marketing initiatives and events are intentional, organized, and professionally executed. What you'll do Marketing & Social Media Manage and execute all social media content across platforms Create, maintain, and execute content and posting calendars Coordinate marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints Track basic performance metrics and engagement Events & Activations Plan and coordinate internal, client, and promotional events Develop event themes, schedules, and run-of-show plans Manage timelines, logistics, and on-site execution Serve as the primary point of contact for event planning and execution Coordination & Execution Manage deadlines and deliverables across marketing initiatives Coordinate with sales, leadership, and operations teams Ensure marketing efforts are completed on time and to standard Identify gaps and proactively improve execution processes What we're looking for 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, social media, or event planning Strong organizational and project management skills Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset High attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing luxury brand Hands-on role with real ownership and responsibility Involvement in high-profile vehicles, events, and brand initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr RP Exotics LLC
