Medical AssistantMass General Brigham Heart and Vascular Institute offers expert care in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of heart disease, including general cardiology, interventional cardiology, heart failure, electrophysiology, while working collaboratively with specialized teams to support device management and anticoagulation care.We are seeking a part-time, 16-hour Medical Assistant (two 8-hour shifts) to support our cardiology service line across multiple locations, including Dover, Somersworth, and Portsmouth NH. This is a flexible float role designed for a highly adaptable Medical Assistant who enjoys working across different teams, providers, and clinic environments. Assignments will vary based on staffing and operational needs across the service line. Shifts will typically be 7:30am–4:00pm or 8:30am–5:00pm, depending on assigned location.The Medical Assistant supports providers through both clinical and administrative responsibilities, including patient rooming, obtaining vital signs, performing EKGs, documentation in the electronic health record (EHR), chart preparation, prescription refill support, results management, and assisting with patient flow and care coordination.
